What is website management and what does it include?
Website management is a monthly service that keeps your site working: WordPress and plugin updates, daily backups, security monitoring, speed optimization, 24/7 uptime monitoring and content changes. Each month you get a report on what was done, how the site performed and what to fix next.
How much does website management cost?
Our website management packages cost: Basic €50/month, Standard €99/month, Premium from €399/month and Custom from €599/month. The right package depends on the size of your site, whether you have an online store and the response time you need. No long-term contract – you're invoiced monthly and can cancel anytime.
How long does building a new website take?
A typical business website takes 2–6 weeks, while online stores and larger projects take 6–12 weeks. The most common cause of delay is not development but content – texts and images, so we agree content deadlines at the start of the project.
What are AEO and GEO and do I need them?
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) mean structuring content so ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews cite your business in their answers. If your customers ask AI for buying advice – and increasingly they do – then yes, you need it. With us it is a one-off technical job: audited and fixed once, with no monthly fee.
Can you manage a site you did not build?
Yes. Most sites under our management were built by someone else. We manage WordPress, Joomla, other CMS platforms and custom solutions. We start by reviewing the site’s condition, security and speed, and tell you honestly what makes sense to do.
