We started in 2004, when only a few dozen agencies built websites in Estonia and most small business owners got their first website from a friend. The first clients came through referrals – and many of them are still with us today.

Over the years we have seen it all: the death of Flash, the mobile revolution, GDPR, WCAG 2.2, Core Web Vitals and now the rise of AI search (SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity). With every wave we have learned one thing: technology changes, but the client always wants the same – a website that works, is secure, fast, and where someone is accountable.

Today we manage WordPress, Joomla, custom React/Next.js applications, Shopify stores, older PHP sites and other CMS platforms – as well as fully custom solutions. Our startup sosei.site refreshes old websites with AI in a minute – but when a custom solution is needed, we hand-craft it like before.

Who we are day to day: a small, international team where every client has a named person behind them, not a ticket queue. You know who updates your site, who answers when a form breaks, and who to call when something is urgent. We have no sales department promising things the technical side has to walk back later – the person who makes the offer is also accountable for the result.

How we work: we always start with an audit, because without a full picture every change is a guess. Updates are installed in staging and only then pushed live. Backups are kept away from the site and restores are genuinely tested. Every month you get a report written in plain language: what was done, what was found, what comes next. If something goes wrong, you hear it from us before a customer can call.

Why work with us: we do not sell hours, we sell calm. Most of our clients never think about their website at all – and that is the point. Contracts run open-ended and can be ended without penalty, because retention should come from the work, not from paperwork. Your domain, hosting and code repository stay yours even if you decide to move on to someone else.

Why we do this: we have seen too many websites that were excellent on launch day and an obstacle to the business three years later. A website is not a finished product, it is a system – it ages, degrades and disappears from search when nobody tends to it. Our job is to keep it alive: working, findable and steadily getting better.
